Co-Founder of the firm, Ann Marie Terzaken specializes in internal investigations and related litigation. Ann Marie also manages the firm’s pro bono cases.
Ann Marie previously served as an investigative attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General, where she investigated sensitive allegations of misconduct involving DOJ employees and conducted complex, large-scale reviews of DOJ programs and operations. During her over fifteen-year tenure with DOJ, Ann Marie earned numerous professional awards for her work, including twice receiving the Attorney General’s Award for Distinguished Service.
Ann Marie also previously served as the Associate General Counsel for Enforcement for the Federal Election Commission, Enforcement Division, where she oversaw the Division’s enforcement docket, operations, and personnel.
Ann Marie began her career in private practice as a civil litigator.
